Dear Homeland Security Director (the REAL one... not that phony one that testifies in front of Congress),
My name is Steve Miller, and this Reuters story about how you have an entire Command Center of people who do nothing but sit around and visit websites all day, got me all excited. In case the many posts praising the holy leaders of Iran and Osama bin Laden, the many posts criticizing Obama, and the talk of RPGs has attracted the attention of your hard-working web-surfers, I want to apply for a position among them!
I would love to get a civil service job and a government pension when I retired after 25 years of sitting in my office and surfing the web all day long. And I know that I would be a motivated and dedicated worker.
I would particularly love to watch movies on Hulu and funny videos on YouTube. It would also be lots of fun to catch up on the news of the day on any number of sites. And constantly updating my Facebook status would be especially exciting. I think my blogs speak for themselves, as far as my ability to waste time on the web.
Feel free to contact me here or however you see fit. If you decide to send an unmarked car to my home or office and sweep me away to an undisclosed location, I prefer non-fat white chocolate mochas, although I will take coffee with milk and sugar as well.
Hoping for the interview in an "undisclosed location",
Sincerely,
Steve Miller
PS: To show my good will, here's a fun cover of "I Always Feel Like Somebody's Watching Me."
And for those of you with a love of the classics, here's the original 1984 Rockwell version... with new visuals for the 21st century.

Don't panic! It's only a test! The Red Chinese have NOT landed! Nor have the Martians!
A little later today, Wednesday November 9, there will be nation-wise test of the emergency broadcast system. You can read a short article about it by clicking here: National test to verify emergency system
You can find the event described in great detail at FEMA's website by clicking here.
The government is concerned that there are idiots out there who will assume this is a REAL emergency, in part because some local cable and over-the-air broadcasters might be too lazy or incompetent to provide graphics or long enough screen crawls that will make it clear that the activation of the network (today at 11am on the west coat and 2pm on the east coast, which is the same time due to the magic of time zones) is just a test. Of course, many of these are the same people who expected rioting in the streets and cities aflame when UHF stations switched to digital broadcasting, so one has to take their low opinion of the American public into a account.
One also has to wonder what sort of test of a central emergency alert broadcast system is so sloppily run that they haven't taken the time to show that they can actually broadcast. Wouldn't a true test of the system be one where a graphic or screen-crawl stating "This is ONLY A TEST!" transmitted from a central location for the 30 seconds the test will take?
At any rate, unless you see Martian War Machine vaporizing your neighbors, see the Red Chinese Army parachuting into the parking lot at the mall, or zombies shambling down Main Street (although you may have to look closely on that last one... you might mistake a bunch of Occupy Whatever Comes to Mind campers for zombies, or visa-versa), the 30-second disruption of your favorite radio and television shows IS ONLY A TEST.
(Although some cable providers--like Time Warner--have warned that viewers may have to change the channel or regularly programming won't resume. Which makes one wonder who those cable broadcasters survive the local tests of the EAS....)

Repeating My Advice to Public Figures:NEVER Apologize! It Will Not Work.
A couple weeks ago, the not-terribly funny comedian Tracy Morgan came under fire for making some vicious jokes about murdering his son if he turned out to be a homosexual.
Naturally, the "advocacy groups" and other self-righteous glory-hounds starting howling with mock outrage.
As often happens, Morgan groveled for forgiveness--which got him nothing except being held out to ridicule and abuse by those he whose forgiveness he sought.
Now, Morgan is in the exact same situation again, only this time it's not The Gays that are mad, but the advocates for the Retarded.
Entertainment Weekly: Again? Tracy Morgan Under Fire for ‘Retarded’ Jokes
If there's anything that comedians, actors, performers of every stripe--even politicians--and other people in the public eye can learn from Morgan and others who have been in his situation, it's that it NEVER does you any good to start apologizing for what you say and do when "advocacy groups" start assailing you with faux outrage and indignant histrionics. All that happens is that they and their fellow publicity-seeking parasites--sorry, concerned representatives of community groups and non-profit organizations--will sense weakness and will come after you even harder.
Your best option--ONLY option, really--is to double-down and tell them to go screw themselves. And then make a few more jokes of the stripe that supposedly offended them.
Apologize to your friends and loved ones if you hurt or anger them, but don't EVER let yourself be forced into asking forgiveness from those who are just waiting to pounce on you because the make a living taking offense and your humiliation becomes a line on their resume. Stand up for yourself. Don't let yourself be bullied. It will gain you nothing but more contempt.
Think about it. Is there a single actor or politician who as gained ANYTHING from sucking up to the professionally over-sensitive "activists" who have infested American culture over the past 25 years? I can't think of a single person.

I may ruin a festive atmosphere tonight....
I may be throwing a metaphorical "Molotov Cocktail" into a room this evening. And it will all be Madonna's fault.
Why? Well, I'm glad you asked!
It seems that Madonna is no better a director than she is an actor if the dirge-like "buzz" surrounding the 25 million dollar picture "W.E.", about a British royal scandal in the 1930s, is any indication.
The Daily Mail Online presents a round-up of gossip regarding her troubled, will-be/might-be feature film debut that was pulled at the last minute from this year's Cannes festival due to supposed soundtrack problems, and distributor Harvey Weinstein is currently overseeing the re-cutting after it reportedly bombed with a test audience at a super-secret screening last week. The film, apparently, made no sense and was a stellar example of what happens when someone who emphasizes style of substance is also a lousy storyteller.
If you are so inclined, you can read all about in Imperious, arrogant, stroppy: No, not Wallis Simpson but Madonna, but this is the following bit that really interested me:
Is King Edward VIII of Great Britain and his love for an American divorcee a topic that comes up at parties you attend, dear reader? And when it does, does it lead to explosive arguments or just blank stares and polite smiles as those around think, "What the hell does that have to do with anything?"
Would anyone even know who Wallis Simpson is?
Perhaps it's a British thing?
I'm going to ask at a gathering I'll be at tonight if anyone has an opinion about King Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson. I'll report what happened tomorrow, in the comments section below.
If it turns out that I completely ruin the congenial atmosphere, I will be all apologies and explain that I was testing a claim by Madonna. They will understand; I am viewed as being insane anyway.
Meanwhile, if anyone reading this wants to see what happens if bring up Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson to a group of your friends, acquaintances, co-workers, or whoever you happen to be in line with at the grocery store, I'd love to hear your report. (I won't provide your bail money if a riot breaks out at the Safeway. Not that I think that's going to happen.)
(BTW, if the subject of Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson pisses people off, then why is the Material Girl bringing it up at parties? Does she do it when she wants to leave, when she doesn't like the hosts, or just because she's a bitch who likes to ruin a pleasant time? Me, I think it's none of the above, but that Madonna has a rich fantasy life. But, we will soon know!)

Maybe Goebbles did the world a favor
When the defeat of Hitler's Nazi regime by the Allies was a certainty, the Mustachioed One took the coward's way out and committed suicide. The same is true of his top propaganda minister Goebbles, but Goebbles did Hitler one better when he murdered all his children as well.
I always thought that Goebbles act demonstrated as clearly as possible what kind of monster he really was, but then this article comes along to make me rethink that position.
Nazi Grandma: Himmler’s Daughter Carries Her Father’s Flame To A New Generation of Nazis
Maybe Goebbles did the world a favor when he offed the foul demon children that sprang from the union of himself and the beast he was married to. His actions made certain there were fewer bitches like Gudrun Burwitz infesting Planet Earth.

Tenn. law bans posting images that "cause emotional distress"
Bill Haslam and the morons in the Tenn. state legislature cause me emotional distress. Who do I contact to file suit? After all, their pictures are all over this website!
Tenn. law bans posting images that "cause emotional distress"
Have these fucking idiots ever heard of a little thing called the United States Constitution? At the very least, they should read the 1st and 14th Amendments and be required to write 5,000 word papers about the history of each one before they are allowed to hold any government office ever again.
By the way, those Constitutional amendments let me post pictures like these:
The retards who supported this law shouldn't even be allowed to serve as dog catcher in a town of 22 citizens, let alone serving as legislators for an entire state. The citizens of Tenn. should be ashamed having such ignorant fucks at the head of their state.

A reason to patronize the Alamo Drafthouse Theater in Austin
These are managers of my liking. Check out this ad they made, based on a real "customer" phone call. (It contains foul language, so beware.)
Click here to see what is currently going on at the Austin Alamo Drafthouse. If you're in the area, I recommend giving them your business. Even if this is the Magninted States of America!
BTW, to you assholes who insist on using your cell phones and Blackberries, iPad Touches, and whatever the hell else it is you're dragging around with you, the light from those screens is goddamned irritating to those of us who are trying to watch the movie. So please, keep them in your pockets, turned off. There's nothing so urgent it can't wait 90 minutes.

Terrorist Twits
There were many choices for 'T,' but I went with "Terrorist Twits." (I was going to go with "Terrorist Twats," but there are half a dozen blogs that feature posts from Cinema Steve in their sidebars, and I thought it would be bad form to put foul language on them.)
So... terrorist twits/twats. The kind who threaten and attempt murder over cartoons. The kind who threaten and commit murder over books. The kind who threaten and commit murder over book burnings. The kind who have the American government and media pissing themselves in fear every time someone from CAIR flaps their gums behind their greasy beards.
The kind of terrorist twats that ordinary Americans need to stand up to every day, because our leaders are failing to do their duties and defend our Constitutional Rights. The government and media assisted terrorists in eradicating cartoonist Molly Norris, and, more recently, a local government in Michigan threw a man in jail for daring to even suggest protesting outside a mosque.
Everyday Americans need to protest the terrorist twats in non-violent and creative ways, the opposite of what they do--all violence and destruction all the time.
The most effective way I can think of to do that is to stage a second annual Everybody Draw Mohammed Day.
Show the terrorist twats in the United States and around the world that they can't force their idol worship of Mohammed upon us, nor can they force to respect the collection of crappy fairy tales known as the Koran. Show them that we can as silly or as crass as we want to be and that just because they revere an admitted and proud pedophile and a book that inspires psychopathic behavior around the world doesn't mean that everyone has to. Respect is earned, not deserved. And 21st century Muslims (and the terrorist twats they harbor in their midst) have done nothing to earn anyone's respect... certainly not the respect of Americans who should value liberty.
May 20 is Everybody Draw Mohammed Day. I'll be posting at least one of my own cartoons to this blog. If anyone else wants to join in, I can post your cartoon as well--anonymously if you like. I prefer funny or clever over just shockingly offensive... click here, here, and here for a look at what I posted last year. That is the sort of stuff I'd like to see more of.
Let's make another Day of a Million Moes... and let's try to do something to hang onto the freedoms that millions of Americans have fought and died for, among which is the freedom to make and publish cartoons of whomever and whatever we feel like.

Oatmeal at McDonald's
I'm not a big fan of McDonald's. Not for the usual reasons--I really don't give a wit about how healthy or unhealthy the food is. At this late date, I feel that those who eat a steady diet of fast food are like smokers: The nutritional failings of fast food have been so thoroughly documented and publicized that anyone who is supposedly "unaware" is either an idiot or a liar and THEY'RE the ones to blame for their unbalanced diets or fat asses... as well as those of their kids. Michelle Obama's anti-fast food crusade is as hysterical and obnoxiously phony as those launched by anti-smoking Nazis.
I'm not a fan of McDonald's, because just about everything I've ever had there sucks, except for their McRib Sandwich and their weird pancake-bacon-egg-and-cheese sandwich when I'm REALLY hungry early in the morning (if I get to it when it's piping hot and fresh). I worship their McRib Sandwich, and I frequent drive thrus once or twice a week during the times they're available. (Worst McDonald's experience: Their fish sandwich literally made me sick; I puked all over the inside of my car while driving back from a McDonald's lunch in Lake Geneva, WI, 1996.)
Still, when I saw they were offering oatmeal, I figured I'd give it a try. The past few months have been an odd time for me work-wise, with lots of irregular hours and even more irregular meal-times. and the McDonald's oatmeal seemed like something worth trying, what with it being a union of oatmeal and several of my favorite fruits--cranberries, raisins, and apples.
I've always been a fan of oatmeal, especially oatmeal and raisins. As a kid, I would often eat oatmeal cold, just pouring the oats in a bowl, pouring on milk, pouring on a spoonful of raisins, mixing... and ready-to-eat tastiness. I even occasionally eat my oatmeal that very same way today, although now I more often than not take the extra arduous step of cooking them first. But the milk and raisins usually get added.
I gave the McDonald's Fruit and Oatmeal offering three tries, at three different outlets that I often pass during my daily wanderings.
The first time, I was very happy with the results. The cup of oatmeal was warm and gooey and the fruit added just the right bit of sweetness; I liked it so much that I decided that I would get some dried cranberries and add them to my next homemade oatmeal breakfast in addition to the raisins--but not the apples, because I'm too lazy to dice apples. (Of course, the sweetness was due more to a whole mess of other additives than the fruit, as this New York Times column discusses... and for once I share the opinion of a fast food detractor; why couldn't McDonald's just keep the oatmeal simple? They ARE apparently keeping it simpler here in Washington State, but McDonald's does seem to be making oatmeal "wrong." That alone was not a reason to keep me from buying it, though, nor the outrageous price of ca. $2 per cup. Like I said above, anyone who assumes McDonald's offerings are good for you, is an idiot.
Or you might be like this Washington Post writer, who was as taken with the McDonald's Fruit and Oatmeal as I was.
The second time I tried the oatmeal, it was a disaster. The cup contained a messy soup of oats and water and fruit bits. It was as if I'd done of my homemade non-cooked oatmeal "dishes" with warm water instead of milk... and way too much water at that. It was so gross I couldn't even bring myself to eat the fruit.
The third, and final time, the offering was as tasty as the first time I offered it, but I decided that the $2 per cup price-point is too high and it is a rip-off. That's because I got to see how it was made.
Free tip for McDonald's corporate and franchise restaurant managers: Food is almost as much about the presentation as it is about the taste, even when it comes to crappy fast food. McDonald's marketing department knows this, but whoever sets up the actual facilities at the restaurants apparently does not... or at least they fail to take the drive-thru into account.
In my final purchase of McDonald's oatmeal dish, I ordered it at the usual speaker-festooned mega-menu, paid at one window, and then pulled up to the second window to pick up my Fruit and Oatmeal. While sitting there, I looked through the pick-up window and watched the employee pour a packet of instant oatmeal into the paper serving cup; pour in water from the hot water dispenser into the paper cup and stir; open a little plastic bag and pour the diced apples and raisins and dried cranberries into the paper cup; affix the black plastic lid; put the lidded cup into a bag with the McDonald's M on it; grab and toss a black plastic spoon into the bag; open the pick-up window and hand me my order with a smile.
The actual dish tasted as good as it had the first time, but having witnessed what went into making it, this was my last time ordering it.
If I had given it any thought, I would have known all along that McDonald's oatmeal really was nothing but instant oatmeal dressed up, but, McDonald's is not the sort of food that I give any thought to. The illusion that some actual cooking went on was one that could and should have been preserved, if management at that McDonald's (and probably McDonald's everywhere, as I've seen that hot water dispenser in that same spot at several different drive-thrus) had put any thought into presentation. But since they chose to show me the McDonald's oatmeal is no different than what I could buy at Safeway or Fred Meyer's for half or less the price, I will be saving my money. Even if I have to add my own raisins to the cup after I've poured in the hot water.
I know I'm lazy when it comes to cooking, but I don't want to pay a restaurant to be as lazy as I am.

I know I'm lazy when it comes to cooking, but I don't want to pay a restaurant to be as lazy as I am.

H is for Heroes (Blogging Challenge Bonus Post)
I've already done 'H' for the Blogging A to Z Challenge, but here's a bonus entry. (Click on the picture for a larger, more easily read, version.)
The sentiments expressed on that page, by the late Alex Toth, explain why I prefer old comics and movies over modern ones. It's also why I love running role-playing games and why I enjoyed writing for "Star Wars" and "Dragonlance" and even "Ravenloft." Even if the characters I create aren't the heroes, the players get to portray heroes and to be exactly the sort of characters Toth describes in the blurb.
Is there anyone writing stories with heroes these days? Everywhere I look, popular culture is about tearing down heroes and celebrating the dark and the evil and the twisted. And it seems like it's been that way since at least the mid-1990s.
Can anyone point me to something I'm forgetting?

Health Care: Obama's Making It AAALLL Better!
In the past two years, my health insurance premium has gone up $112/month to $159/month. (The dental part is full coverage but the medical coverage has a deductible of $2,700... which is up from $2,450. And then there's the 20% co-pay.)
Next month, it will cost $180 just to walk in the door at my doctor's office, as opposed to the $118 it's cost since two years ago.
God only knows what lab-work and tests will increase to. Or the surgery that I will most likely need later this year.
Meanwhile, my income has dropped 35% over the past two years, and I don't see it going anywhere but down this year.
I thought Our Dear Leader, Barack Obama, was going to make everything better and cheaper with his massive health care plan.
When exactly is my health care supposed to become affordable? Or will I continue to pay more so the leaches Obama wants to cater to can keep NOT paying anything?
Yes... my health costs are one of the many reasons I am NOT In.

Go see 'Rango' to piss off anti-smoking Nazis
Animated movie "Rango" is tops at the box office, so I assume it's a fun film. But that's not why I'm going to carve out the time to see it.
It's got the anti-smoking Nazis all worked up. They are running around, shrieking, tearing their hair out, and beating their chests. Because iguanas and other animals are shown smoking cigarettes. Click here to read all about it.
This is film that needs to be #1 at the box office for a long, long time. The hysterical antics of sanctimonious assholes who want force their Puritanical values on others using the excuse that it's "for the children" will be be even more fun to watch and comment on than "Rango".
Hey, maybe some of them will have heart attacks or strokes because they're so hepped up. Or maybe get so dispondant over smoking talking cartoon animals they'll put themselves out of our misery and commit suicide. Maybe then we'll have studies that show that being an anti-Smoking Nazi is bad for your health?
Maybe I can help speed things along....
For the record, I've smoked two cigarettes and taken three puffs on cigars my entire life. I have watched who-knows-how-many movies with characters smoking like chimneys, and I thought Nick Fury was one on the coolest comic book characters when I was a kid. And I still don't smoke.
I also don't drive fast, rob banks, shoot people, or go on killing sprees wearing funny masks and coveralls.
Gosh... I wonder if encouraging PARENTING is what the anti-smoking morons should focus their efforts on, if they're going to insist on getting in other people's business.

Well, I think they're funny!
I thought the Groupon ads satirizing the overly touchy-feely, obviously phony begging-for-donation TV spots were hilarious. The company has decided to pull them, because they have outraged what they consider their target market (I assume).
Given that the most extreme histrionics about saving whales, saving the rain forest, and saving Tibet come from whacked-out liberals, I am wondering if the histrionics about these Christopher Guest-directed, and very funny, ads didn't come from them as well.
And I wonder how many of them thought this violent fantasy about murdering people because they don't buy into a group-think party line about Global Warming was harmless satire?
What is the phrase? You never notice until it's your ox that gets gored? (And one can't help but wonder if the "Save the Whale" ads isn't going to be considered the most offensive them all... because it's also the most honest.)
The ads are on Youtube for a the moment at least. Here are all three of them.

I'm curious to hear what readers of this blog think. There's a comments section. Please use it. :)

John Nolte: Where's Hollywood's Love for BHO?
Columnist and movie critic Jim Nolte has written an amusing commentary about how the celebretards are turning their backs on The One.
"Poor Barack, in Hollywood today he doesn’t even rate above a child rapist."
Click on the link to read his column. Is he right?
Personally, I think he may be counting the Hollywood Obammunists out a little too soon. I'm anticipating a rising level of nonsense and continued Obama idolatry from them, with the floodgates of stupidity and hysteria to be destroyed around June 2012. The cries of "vote for Obama, you stupid-heads or I'm gonna leave your stupid country because you're all stupid stupid stupid-heads" (like Alec Baldwin and Johnny Depp did when Bush was running for re-election) and threats to commit suicide if Obama isn't elected (like Tina Fey did, during the 2008 election) will get so bad that it'll make Randy Quaid's claims of being hunted by the Hollywood Star Whackers seem well-balanced and sane.
Because while, as Notle says, Hollywood celebretards can't stand the appearance of failure, most of them also do whatever they're told. And the Democrat party is going to continue to tell them to support Obama.

Something I failed to post, because I've been busy....
The blogs have been running mostly on auto-pilot the past week or so--the magic of pre-scheduling posts mean that I can be away and still post snarky elections comments and get the Nine Days of the Ninja started!--but this post at Who Wants Taters? reminded me that I wanted to put up this video:
I agree with every sentiment that Stewart expresses in his closing remarks to his "Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear." However, I question the sincerity of his overall effort. I didn't have time to watch the entire broadcast, but I can't help but wonder where the mockery of left-wing nutburgers were. We had Colbert doing his usual satire of right-wingers, but where was the same skewering of the left-wing freaks, like Code Pink and several of the regular columnists at the Huffington Post. (Of course, maybe Stewart was unable to take shots as them, since they were kicking in contributions to make the rally happen.)
It's possible that the lefties had spears lobbed at them when I wasn't looking. Like I missed most of this bit in the next clip, a "debate" between Stewart and Colbert.
(And I guess in this skit, Colbert is channeling nutters from all walks of American society.)

Time traveler or hard of hearing?
Sometimes, too much useless knowledge can spoil the fun.
A friend sent me a link to this video last night, because he's either heard of/or been subjected my love of time travel tales via playing in one of my roleplaying game campaigns. (I think he might have been in the game where D&D characters were sent back to ancient Blackmoor.)
When I saw the video, I thought, "Isn't that just a hearing aide?"
Many years ago, I did a little article on hearing aids for I-don't-recall-where-anymore, but during the course of that, I discovered an early development that had been created by Siemens in the 1920s. Back then, I even came across some old print ads that showed an elderly gentleman holding a hearing aid exactly like the woman in the footage is holding whatever she's holding. I spent entirely too long trying to find that ad online, and I discovered that the collective wisdom of the internet has once again sapped the life out of a really cool urban legend (and beaten me to the punch, once again).
While I never did find the ad I remembered, I did find this page at the Siemens website that has a black and white crop from the ad I had been seeking, as well as an image of the hearing aid that woman is using in the clip (I'm fairly certain).
While the cell phone tale is a cool one, it has an additional problem: How would a cell phone operate without cell towers and satellites? And while I'm thinking about it, could a cell phone even connect with the phone networks of the 1920s, with all of the hardwires and operators manually switching plugs from one outlet to another?
Of course, it that WAS a time traveler in the footage, it's possible that she came from a space ship or a TARDIS-like vessel that is itself a "cell tower" or "satellite".... Perhaps all of us non-imaginative nay-sayers have this all wrong!

Alleged dirt-bag sues blogger for linking
There's a character in Canada who allegedly likes to use their somewhat wacky libel and anti-discrimination laws as a)a lottery, and b)a way to silence anyone whose views he doesn't agree with.
It seems this person is inadvertently revealing the so-called Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC) as a vile bunch of speech-code enforcing thought police. The CHRC are willing participants in his outrageous lawsuits, to the point where he is suing bloggers for linking to articles about him and allowing readers to comment.
Blazingcatfur--a Candadian blogger I have no personal connection to, but who was a fellow traveler for "Everybody Draw Mohammed Day"--is the target of one of this alleged dirt-bag's lawsuits. You can read about the situation here:
Blazing Cat Fur: Richard Warman Sues Blazingcatfur For Linking To "Far Right" Mark Steyn
Blazingcatfur is seeking donations to help him with his mounting legal bills. I encourage you to lend a hand.
I'm grateful for living in the United States of America where, unlike in Canada, legally sanctioned bodies can't work toward this:
I know there are some dimwits out there who think that America needs to limit free speech and impose laws like they have in Canada. But if you actually use your brains for a moment, do you REALLY want it to be this easy for alleged dirt-bags to go after and silence anyone they don't like while pretending they are doing it to further human rights?
I hope not. But if you do, I hope you'll join Randy Quaid north of the border.

Another documented case of Islamophobia?
NPR today fired commentator Juan Williams for uttering the following words:
Or maybe they fired him because CAIR issued this demand, via the premiere press release masquerading as news articles service.
If it's the former, why is a partially taxpayer-funded organization carrying water for Muslims in an effort to chill and silence the national debate? And if it's the latter, why are a bunch of Islamophobes in charge of a partially taxpayer-funded organization?
For more, check out this editorial at Big Journalism.
Juan Williams' comments amounted to nothing more than the way he feels. And they're rather silly feelings, because even the dumbest terrorist is unlikely to board a plane in his full Afghan outback costume for the very reason that he'll attract suspicion. But they're hardly words and feelings that should get an otherwise decent reporter like Williams dismissed from his job. (Now, it is entirely likely that Williams' fears may not be as silly as all that. It is very likely that some Lion of Islam may publically cross-dress in his gay lover's burka, because he's certain to be able to smuggle all sorts of goodies onto the plane. A burka plus his well-expanded anal cavity almost guarentees he'll get anything on the plane that won't set off a metal detector.)
But when I get on the plane, I got to tell you, if I see people who are in Muslim garb and I think, you know, they are identifying themselves first and foremost as Muslims, I get worried. I get nervous.

In which I do Roger Moore's research for him....
There's a documentary that's reportedly critical of the Obama administration's financial policies opening this Friday on 500 screens here in the United States. Titled "I Want Your Money," it appears to have gotten very little advanced publicity, something that seems to bother movie critic Roger Moore.
Moore, in a brief preview that can read here, frets over the fact that he hasn't heard of the film until now, a few days before its release. He also frets over the fact that he doesn't know who has funded or produced the film. Equally disturbing to him is that it's "agitprop in a far right vein."
Agitprop? Really? I skimmed Moore's reviews of "Sicko," "Fahrenheit 9/11" and "Religilogous," three "agitprop" films of a leftward bent, but he didn't see fit to describe them in that fashion. Yet he applies such a negatively loaded word to a film he knows nothing about, save what's in the preview.
As far as I can tell, the producers and director of this film are motivated by the same impulses that drive Michael Moore, except they are coming at topic of economics and politics from the conservative side of the political spectrum.
I didn't see Roger Moore complaining about not knowing who was funding Michael Moore's movies. Is that because they're major studio releases who are run by executives who fund Moore's favorite political figures? Or might he have issues with filmmakers working outside the Hollywood studio system? Why is Moore concerned here, but not in the other cases? Or maybe he's stung by the fact that Obama the Sainted is perhaps being criticized?
As far as the shadowy, perhaps even sinister, funding sources behind "I Want Your Money," a simple visit to IMDB.com reveals the film is a joint production between RG Entertainment and Reminiscent Films, with Ray Griggs, owner of RG Entertainment, serving as the film's executive producer and director. Ray Grigg makes no bones about being a conservative.
By visiting the film's website, I also learned that the film apparently "contrasts the two paths the United States can take using the words and actions of Barack Obama and Ronald Reagan" and tries "to tell the story in the plainest terms of the choice between the Obama and the Reagan views of the role of the federal government in our society."
Maybe Roger Moore, journalist and respected film critic that he is, should read up on a movie instead of posting off-the-cuff screeds? The off-the-cuff screeds and wild speculation is my job!
I will most likely not be reviewing this film when it opens, not only because it's not my cup of tea, but because there doesn't appear to be any theater in the Seattle area that are showing it.

Molly Norris becomes a non-person, thanks to Muslim terrorists and their good friends in US government and media

Molly Norris, a cartoonist who drew fairly harmless and inoffensive cartoons in a local weekly paper, had her life destroyed because of idol-worshiping psychopaths bent on honoring their false God--The Prophet Mohammed (may piss be upon him)--with the blood of innocents.
Molly Norris never drew The Prophet Mohammed (may piss be upon him), nor did she create "Everybody Draw Mohammed Day." Yet "Muslim holy men" have called for her head, the murderous idolaters who follow them are willing to follow their order, and the government of the United States of America is unwilling to do anything to protect one of their own citizens who has committed no crime whatsoever. In fact, the United States of America, through our state department, seems to be doing everything it can to validate the twisted and evil beliefs of Mohammadans around the globe. How else can you explain the apologetic stance taken over "Everybody Draw Mohammed Day" and the official "great job, guys!" that was sent to Pakistan when they blocked web access to their nation around May 20, 2010?
The sick freaks who claim to be Muslims, and who honor The Prophet Mohammed (may piss be upon him) above even Allah himself, have destroyed Molly Norris. They have silenced her, completely and utterly. They might as well have killed her. And all the magazine that used to print her cartoon has to say about it is "we wish her the best."
You can read what will probably be one of the very few acknowledgement of complete and utter capitulation by the American media to terrorists, as Seattle Weekly editor Mark D. Fefer offers good-byes and so-longs to one of their victims.
I'd be surprised if any other media outlet even has that much to say, because they are too busy making excuses and offering justifications for the terrorists. And because they believe that if they bow to the terrorists, they will make them go away... like Fefer, they suffer under the delusion that appeasement will do anything but spur the madmen on.
If I had enough cartoons, EVERY DAY would be "Draw Mohammed Day" from here on in. This can't be allowed to happen. It shouldn't be allowed to happen to anyone, especially someone who didn't even DRAW the syphilitic pedophile known as The Prophet Mohammed (may piss be upon him).
